New senior hire, Sam Park, appointed as Director London, England
London, UK – The Renewables Consulting Group (RCG) today announced the appointment of senior industry professional Sam Park as Project Services Director. The new position has been created to accelerate growth in project services for clients across a range of renewable energy technologies.
Mr Park has over 25 years’ experience in different parts of the renewables and power industries, most recently in offshore wind energy project management and deployment.
His new role will encompass all RCG’s global project services activity, focusing on developing long-term client relationships as the firm assists with the safe delivery of renewable energy projects from the pre-construction phase, financing, through mobilisation and construction, to operations and performance improvement.

Before joining RCG, Mr Park served as Head of Construction Project Management Group at Renewable Energy Systems (RES), leading the offshore wind group’s construction project management and delivery team supplying offshore wind consultancy services. Prior to that he served as Offshore Project Manager with Vestas. Mr Park holds a Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Masters in Renewable Energy Systems Technology.
