RCG serves as technical advisor to Nuveen in purchase in offshore wind farm

The Netherlands – 17th July 2023 – The Renewables Consulting Group (RCG), an ERM Group company, served as sole technical advisor to Nuveen European Core Renewable Infrastructure (NECRI) in its acquisition of a 15% stake in the 731 MW Borssele III & IV offshore wind farm from Partners Group.
The full-scope technical due diligence support provided by RCG included a thorough and detailed analysis of the project to identify and advise on any techno-commercial risks from an investment perspective – including a review of the project’s operational performance since its commercial operation date.
The 731.5 MW offshore wind farm, located 55 kilometres from the Port of Vlissingen in the Netherlands, has been fully operational since January 2021 and consists of 77 MVOW V164-9.5 MW WTGs. In September 2022, RCG assisted Swiss Life Asset Managers in an ownership stake in Borssele III & IV.
