Amsterdam, The Netherlands – The Renewables Consulting Group (RCG) is proud, yet humbled, by the awards and recognition our company has received in recent years. We were especially pleased to be presented with an award this week from NoordzeeWind, a long-term client in the offshore wind sector, celebrating our contribution to the impeccable health and safety performance on the project.
The award recognises “HSSE management by RCG: LTI free during construction and 11 years of operation”.
“RCG has had, and continues, a very successful, long-term relationship with the team at NoordzeeWind, and we are proud that effective implementation of HSSE has resulted in safe operations and excellent behaviours; meticulous attention to health, safety and the environment is the most important part of NoordzeeWind’s culture – belief in achieving zero LTI is real and key. The award is recognition that proves close and good cooperation with our clients yields excellent HSE results.” – RCG’s Alan Chivers, Director & Chairman, who has been actively involved with the project for over 12 years.
The award is an initiative to further promote positive and innovative thinking in HSSE on the project which is fully and effectively supported by the project partners Vattenfall and Shell.
“RCG has proven to be a stable and reliable partner in creating and developing a strong culture with a high focus on health, safety and environment, for the O&M team and all other contractors. Creating an open atmosphere between all contractors and facilitating sharing and learning has been one of the foundations supporting this great achievement. With the support of RCG, I look forward to another year of safe operations.” – Bertram van Zanten, Managing Director, NoordzeeWind.
RCG is delighted to stand alongside the collective Noordzeewind team and being recognised for our continual commitment to achieving the highest standards in health and safety for the site team, clients and for the renewables industry in general.
