Peter Yearsley

Peter Yearsley is the Chief Finance Officer for RCG and serves as Company Secretary. He has over 15 years finance experience, gained in both accounting practice and the energy industry.

As the group’s CFO, Mr Yearsley is responsible for managing the firm’s core finance function. He is also responsible for providing leadership on a variety of commercial matters, including corporate strategy, contracts and risk management, partnering closely with the rest of the executive team.

Mr Yearsley has considerable experience in the energy sector, especially within engineering and project management businesses. He has held directorships in the clean power generation sector, working for an engineering company designing, building and operating of biomass and clean energy technologies, and also for a leading international provider of offshore engineering consulting services.

Mr Yearsley’s experience includes owner-managed businesses, those with private equity investment and leveraged business models. His career has focussed on advising and managing international businesses, and he has experience of doing business in over 20 countries.

Mr Yearsley competed the ACA professional stage whilst working in accounting practice early in his career.
