Cesar Chen
Senior Associate
Cesar Chen is a Senior Associate of RCG based in Taipei. He has 2 years of experience in the wind energy industry, with a broad range of executive management, commercial, operational, and strategy experience.
Cesar has a background in EIA, working previously for Unitech, one of the two main EIA providers in Taiwan. Cesar has a wealth of experience working on existing offshore wind EIAs in Taiwan, most recently supporting Yunlin Offshore Wind Farm, Taipower Phase II Offshore Wind Farm and Xufeng 2 and 3.
As an experienced Project Engineer working with several offshore wind power projects in Taiwan, Cesar has been responsible for project delivery in accordance with the developer’s timeline and achieving the government’s requirements. He was proficient in communicating and collaborating with contractors and external stakeholders, as well as internal teams.
Cesar trained for certificate hours for EIA from Environmental Protection Administration (EPA), Taiwan.
